I am a huge fan of the 12-24 Hour Fitness Huntington Beach Ca line. They are a complete package if you are into fitness, nutrition, and performance. The line includes a full-body, complete program with a wide variety of workouts and exercises. I love that you can choose from five different levels of workouts. You can start at the beginner level, which is a good one for the beginning exerciser.

The Huntington Beach Ca program is divided into four different levels. The Basic workout is the least intense, but it is the most important workout because it helps your body produce and retain lean muscle.

The Intermediate workout is where you get your first solid workout in your gym routine. The Advanced workout is my favorite and I feel it is a good one to focus on if you’re looking to incorporate a little more cardio into your routine.
