Also, it’s possible that you’ve been told that you have both, or that you are “borderline” or “borderline schizophrenic.
There are a ton of other things that are told about mental health and mental disorders that are not true. For example, there are more people with Borderline Personality Disorder than people with depression.
When someone has an illness, they are not stupid or lazy; they are not weak or weak. They know what they are doing, and they are getting better with time.
