I’m a gym rat. And I was always looking for new ways to get my body moving. But I know there is the Planet Fitness Okc Hacks Only the Pros Know. I was always willing to try new things. So when I decided to try something new, I had to give it a shot.

I started by watching the videos and reading the reviews because I wanted to know what I was doing wrong. I then started tracking my progress. And I kept the workouts simple. So I wouldn’t be doing tons of work.

So, I guess that leaves me stuck in the middle of a 4,000 calorie, cardio, HIIT, and CrossFit pyramid, which leaves me nowhere to go.

Why do I work out daily?

I mean, it’s not like I was sitting around, eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and watching TV while I worked out. I mean, I am probably the only guy in the world who works out every day because it is my job. But, I guess for the rest of us, it is hard to find that elusive feeling of “I actually like doing this.

Well, a number of things need to go right to get you to stick to a regular program.

  1. First, you need to actually like doing it.
  2. Second, you need your body to like doing it.
  3. Third, and probably most important, you need to know about the benefits of this particular exercise routine. I know I’m not the only one who tries to cheat and skip the cardio and do all the cardio.

Yes, you might think I am being dramatic, but I am not exaggerating. There are literally billions of excuses all over the internet about why people don’t do cardio.

The reason I decided to write this article is because I am a big proponent of fitness and I have had my heart set on getting fit for some time. Even though I have been exercising since I was 18. I have been consistently working out since before I was 21.

I decided that I would not be doing cardio for the last few years. Because I believed that you can’t do it well and you cant do it safely. I was wrong.
